Board Positions
Board Positions… Non-profit organizations rely on their Board for direction. The Board is the core of the group; setting policy, approving budget and providing overall direction to ensure that the future of the organization is in line with the mission. There are currently several positions open on the Board of Directors.
Board members must be a member of FSMSB, attend Board meetings and participate on Committees and/or events. Now that the battlefield is a reality, we need Board members who are interested not only in the Civil War aspect, but in George Alfred Townsend as well. TIDBITS
Barbara and Joe Motter are gallivanting around Europe when not working in London. Joe comes stateside about once a month and perhaps we can get Joe to drop in at one of the meetings.
Marge Magruder is recovering from hip replacement and has graduated from a walker to a cane. She sends her thanks for all the prayers and good wishes from FSMSB friends.
